Male anatomy is designed to sit outside the body, where temperature can regulate. So we locked in on it for a year. Different manufacturers, different cuts, different sources — the cotton and how far the certification actually goes, the dyes, the stretch fiber, the pouch, and how all of it holds up to everyday life. We never expected to spend late nights designing underwear. Once we started, it was hard to stop.
