These terms govern your use of wearfrate.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Who can order
You need to be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Products and pricing
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colors can vary between screens, and measurements are approximate.
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even if the order was already confirmed.
Orders
An order confirmation email means we've received your order, not that we've accepted it. We may cancel or limit any order — for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there's been a pricing error. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.
Pre-orders
Where a product is offered for pre-order, your payment is taken when you place the order and the ship-by date is shown at checkout.
If we can't ship by that date, we'll email you with a revised date and you can cancel for a full refund. You can also cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships.
Shipping and returns
Shipping terms are in our Shipping Policy. Returns and our 90-day fit guarantee are covered in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Product information
We publish detail about our materials, certifications and the standards behind them because we think you should be able to check our claims. That information is provided for general interest and is not medical or health advice.
Our certifications describe what has been independently tested and verified about our materials. They aren't a claim that our products prevent, treat or affect any health condition. If you have a specific health concern, talk to a qualified professional.
Intellectual property
The FRATE name, logo, "Natural, Where it Counts", "Natural Fit 3D Pouch", and the content of this site are our property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written consent.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it systematically, or misrepresent yourself.
Third-party links
Our site links to third-party sites, including certification bodies and published research. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Disclaimers
The site and our products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms or in our Refund Policy.
Nothing here limits any right you have that can't be limited by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or to your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to.
We're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
