The 90-day fit guarantee

Try a pair. If the fit isn't right, we'll refund you — and we'll cover the return shipping.

You have 90 days from delivery to let us know. That's long enough to actually wear them, wash them, and find out whether they work — which is the only real test.

Single pairs

Don't send them back. Underwear that's been worn can't be resold, so shipping it across the country just to be destroyed helps nobody.

Email us at info@wearfrate.com with your order number and we'll refund the product cost. Then please donate the pair if it's in wearable condition, or recycle it through a textile recycling program.

Multi-packs

Open one pair to check the fit. If it's not right, return the pack with the remaining pairs still sealed in their packaging and we'll refund the full product cost. Keep, donate or recycle the pair you opened.

Email us at info@wearfrate.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Return labels are US-only.

If all pairs in a multi-pack have been opened, we can refund the value of one pair rather than the full pack — email us and we'll work it out.

What gets refunded

We refund the product cost. Original shipping charges aren't refundable.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and approving the return. Depending on your bank, it can take a few days beyond that to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges. If you need a different size, request a refund and place a new order — that way you're not waiting on us to receive something before your correct size ships.

Wrong or damaged items

If we sent the wrong size, the wrong pack, or the pair arrived damaged, that's on us. Email a photo to info@wearfrate.com and we'll ship a replacement at no cost. No return needed.

Pre-orders

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund, including shipping. Email us with your order number.

If we can't ship by the date shown at checkout, we'll email you with a revised date and the option to cancel.
