FRATE ("we", "us") runs wearfrate.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you buy something: your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number if you give one, and the details of what you ordered. We never see or store your full card number — payments are handled by our payment processors.
When you join our email list: your email address, and whether you've opened or clicked our emails.
When you browse the site: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how you arrived, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and tracking pixels.
When you contact us: whatever you include in your message.
Why we collect it
- To process, fulfill and deliver your order
- To send order confirmations, shipping notifications and respond to support requests
- To send marketing emails, if you've opted in — you can unsubscribe from any of them
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it
- To detect and prevent fraud
- To meet legal and tax obligations
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it with the companies that make the store work:
- Shopify — our ecommerce platform, which hosts the store and processes orders
- Amazon — fulfills and ships orders, and receives your name and shipping address for that purpose
- Klaviyo — sends our marketing emails and stores our email list
- Payment processors — Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Venmo, depending on how you choose to pay
- Analytics and advertising providers — including Google, Meta and TikTok, where we've enabled their tools
We may also disclose information where legally required, or to protect our rights.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, measure site traffic, and measure the performance of advertising.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may stop parts of the site working properly.
Some browsers send a Global Privacy Control signal. We treat that signal as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you
- Request a copy of it
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time

How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. We keep marketing contacts until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, and our platform and payment providers are PCI-compliant. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our store isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
We'll update this policy as our practices change, and the date at the top will tell you when it last changed.
