Shipping policy

Where we ship

FRATE ships to the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories), the United Kingdom and Canada.

US orders

Standard shipping is a flat $5.95 per order, regardless of how many pairs you buy. Orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days of shipping.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout for $15.

UK and Canada orders

International shipping is a flat $12.95 USD per order, shown in your local currency at checkout. Orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days of shipping.

Duties and import taxes are included in the price you see at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay when your package arrives. International orders are processed by our partner Global-e.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing time

Orders are usually picked and packed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking as soon as your package ships.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed automatically once your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within 10 business days of that email (15 business days for UK and Canada orders), get in touch and we'll sort it out.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can usually update an address before an order ships if you email us quickly, but once a package is in transit we can't reroute it. Packages returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded for the product cost, less shipping.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order is marked delivered but you can't find it, check with your household and neighbors first, then give it 48 hours — carriers occasionally scan early. If it still hasn't turned up, email us and we'll make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo and we'll replace it.
